Summer is upon us and with a couple months to go before we begin official practices for the Fall 09 season, we would like to offer some suggestions for summer camps. Summer camps are a great way to keep players active and to stay on top of their skills. For Summer 2009, we would like to offer the following summer camps approved by our director of coaching, Oscar Munoz:
COERVER CAMPS: Coerver training method is the core method we use in all our team training. Attending these camps will give you a great head start on the Fall season. It will improve your touch, control, coordination and speed, with and without the ball. You will be fitter, faster and stronger and more skillful and effective with the ball. You will be a better player. COERVER CAMP BROCHUER
XTREME SPEED SUMMER PROGRAM: Xtreme Speed Agility and Speed training is crucial to the footwork required for soccer. Players attending this summer program will come back to the soccer fields with quicker feet and increased balance, which will significantly increase the quality of touches on the ball. Xtreme Speed is an official partner with our club and has offered a significant discount for our players. XTREME SPEED SUMMER PROGRAM
LOCAL UNIVERSITY CAMPS: Local univeristy camps offer high quality instruction and fun for all ages. We encourage all our players to attend summer soccer camps. This helps the players learn new skills and keeps them in shape over the summer months.
